2010 Registration Information
REGISTRATIONS CLOSE ON 8/20/2010

Late Registration
Registering after July 1, 2010 is considered late registration. A late fee of $10 per child applies to all late registrations. When an age group is full with respect to number of teams and roster size, that age group is closed. Registering late does not guarantee a spot on a roster. If a child is not placed on a team, a full refund will be given.

To register, print out a Registration Form(.doc) (click here for a PDF version) for each child and mail, along with a check or money order (see fee schedule below) to:

* Includes late charge of $10 per child. The fee is $50 per child, with a maximum of $130 per family. The first child is $50, the second child is $50 and the third child is $30. All children after the third child play free.

Volunteers
Volunteers are a crucial part of the continued success of Gardner Youth Soccer. We are in need of coaches, and assistant coaches, please donate your time to our youth.
